Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all included accessories, chargers, and manuals are packed to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
